Well Bro to be honest, i like fast food a lot, i like to start my day with toast and milk, in the lunch i like to have pasta while in the dinner i eat whatever is cooked.
Why not, since i am a cricketer so I need high energy diet in the morning I take protien milkshake and fruit salad in the afternoon I take north indian lunch and in dinner i take egg sandwhich and a glass of milk
