Süžeeskeem Tekst

  • I was walking for a very short time when I heard a light step coming toward the door. I knew it was usher. In a moments I saw him at my door, as usual very white, but there was a wild laugh in his eyes. Even so, I was glad to have his company. he hurried to one of the windows and shouted, "Have you not seen it?". The force of the wind entering nearly lifting us up from our feet. I calmed him down a bit and decided to calm his weariness with a story.
  • As I was reading the story, it seemed as if everything I said would become present in the real world. "Yes" he said, I heard it, for many minutes, many hours, many days, but I dare not speak it. He went on illustrating all the many night he witnessed the terror. "I TELL YOU, SHE STANDS AT THE DOOR AS WE SPEAK," Usher declared with great emotion, and at that last statement, Lady Madeline's ghostly figure came through the door and enveloped Usher's last dying breath.
  • I rushed from the room; I rushed from the house. The storm was all around me in its ill strength. I rode away; away from the house; away from that bloodline; away from the House of Usher. I watched as the moons luminescence lit up the landscape and it's now missing structure. I watched as the ruble from that once great abode slid into the ground with it's lifeless owners.
