- The Giver smiled "lie down" The Giver said "I'm happy to give it to u."
- ''what' your favorite"? Jona's asked The Giver. "You don't have to give it away yet," he added quickly. "Just tell me about it, so I can look forward to it, because I'll have to recive it when its your job is done."
- Jonas felted the joy of it as soon as the memory began. He was in a room filled with people, it was warm with a firelight glowing on a hearth. He can see though a window that outside it was night & snowing.
- There were green,red,yellow lighting twinkling from a treeinside the room. on table there were candles on a table and a golden dog laying on the floor.
- On the floor Jona's saw the packages wrapped in ribbons as the kids unwrapped the gifts. Jonas smelled something cooking as the kids hugged eachother.
- Jonas opened eyes and lay contentedly on the bed, still feeling warm and comfy about the memory. "what did you perceive?" The giver asked.
- "Who were the old people? Why were they there?" Jonas asked."They are called Grandparents."
