Digital learning is the best way of learning. We can prove this by saying that digital learning improves accessibility by providing online tools and platform regardless of their physical location and socioeconomic background. Adaptive learning and data analytics improves students outcomes. It even motivates students to learn new skills as a lot of skills are available at a single device. It increases collaboration and global connections, develops students accountability and provides interactive interactions and immersive experiences.

But we can't ignore the fact that they release blur rays which disturbers sleep cycle, causes eye strain, Postural and Musculoskeletal Problems causing stress injuries like carpal tunnel syndrome, reduces physical activity level contributing to obesity and increased risk of chronic diseases like diabetes and certain types of cancers. It also leaves a negative impact on mental health. Research show a correlation between time spent using a device and increased anxiety. It also leads to low self-esteem and feeling of social isolation.
