Katy, umm, I didn’t get to listen to todays gospel during the mass. Can you summarize it for me?
The disciples wanted to know who the greatest one is in the kingdom of heaven. Jesus called a child and said that child-like people are more worthy of entering his kingdom, because children are more humble in this world.
He also says that we should respect them, because their angels love God.

In my opinion, I would like to stay as a child. The gospel says that children are innocent, and they have good behavior. Teens and adults now may know how to do bad things, such as swearing, bullying, cheating, stealing, etc. Also, they may also lack gratitude, self-worth, and confidence. Meanwhile, most children do not tolerate these actions, as they know it’s bad.
Also, children are grateful, confident, and it doesn’t matter for them if anyone hates on them.
