A prophecy tells Acrisios that one day his grandson will kill him. So Acrisios says that he is going to lock up his only daughter so she can never have kids.
Acrisios tells his only daughter that he is going to have to lock her up in a underground dungeon so he could never become a grandfather to a boy.
Zeus the great father of the gods saw Danae in the underground dungeon and wanted to find a way to get to her.
So ,Zeus turns into golden rain to get to her because the golden rain was magical it turned Danae pregnant.
Danae gives birth to Perseus and was happy but her father Acrisios found out so he put them in a chest and set them off to sea.
After a little time Danae and her son Perseus were able to get out of the chest. Perseus heard a ton of stories about Acrisios so he went to Argos but Acrisios was not there so he played festival games. But when he was getting ready to throw a disk it got out of control and hit a spectator and that spectator was Arcisisos.
