  • Once upon a time...
  • Once upon a time...
  • Libisema: 2
  • Prince Aldric was the beloved heir to the throne, raised in the luxurious confines of the royal palace. Accustomed to a life of privilege and comfort,he had never wanted for any of life's necessities.
  • Libisema: 3
  • I am livid! The maid has not cleaned my room to the standard! There is soot and residue everywhere
  • I need to call the steward! He can fix this unlivable state I am in!
  • Libisema: 4
  • Steward, my room is a disaster! There is grime everywhere and it is just rancid. I cannot live here like this! Do something about it, now.
  • What is the matter sir?
  • Am I to understand that you are unable to live in this castle because of specks of dust in your room?
  • Of course.
  • With all due respect sir, but that is nonsense.
  • Libisema: 5
  • I think you should do some more thinking my good sir. Look around you. Observe your life from within.
  • Pardon me?
  • I'm afraid I don't understand.
  • Sir, you are living in a castle. That should be enough for you to appreciate, yet you do not. Let me show you around whereI was a young boy
  • Libisema: 6
  • They journey out of the kingdom...
  • This is my tiny home where I lived with my three sisters and two brothers
  • Wow, tiny.
  • All of those basic necessities were things we were always thinking about. We never had the luxury of having to worry about such small inconveniences like you do.
  • Libisema: 7
  • Here is the village that my father worked in. He was a freeman building armor, working countless hours.
  • Wow!
  • With the little money we had, he had no choice but to buy clothes and little food for me and my five brothers and sisters. Those are the only things that we could spend it on.
  • Libisema: 8
  • At last, this is the farm my mother and father cultivated all of our food at. We did not have enough to buy our own, so we had to make it all on our own.
  • The freezing winters were intolerable! Our crops were dying and we barely had warm enough clothes to make it through to the summer!
  • Wow Steward, I was not aware of this style of life. I hope you accept my dearest apologies of being most entitled.
  • Libisema: 9
  • All is forgiven, sir. I think we should take our trip back now. There is still plenty for you to see back in the kingdom.
  • Very well.
  • Libisema: 10
  • I now see that everybody outside of the castle is living lives similar to what the steward lived.
  • It seems like everybody out here is working for clothes and scavenging for food.
  • Libisema: 11
  • Back at the kingdom..
  • Maybe my privileged life had closed my view of seeing the world outside of my own.
  • I cannot believe I have lived my whole life disregarding how many people live like the steward. I have been complaining about dust in my room while their problems have been invisible to me!
  • This inequality is unacceptable! There shall be none of it.
  • Libisema: 12
  • And so, with his new experience of crossing into a life he once knew nothing about, and his new acknowledged privilege, Prince Aldrich sets out to bring change to his community. He is making an instant impact for the better
  • Libisema: 0
  • My parents worked day and night for us to even put food on the table, and give us water to drink
