Hello, I am Ralph the goldfish and I have been invaded by chloroplasts! I live in my sweet home in New York. I am a omnivore. My neighbors are a dogs, a family of cats, and a parrot. Here in New York there is hot summers and lots of rain.

This is how my cell looks, the green things are the chloroplast. A Chloroplast is a organelle within the cells of plants and certain algae that is the site of photosynthesis. Photosynthesis is the process that gives plants gluclose by using the sun's energy.

The chloroplast!
It all started when my owner knocked over my bowl then spilled some cucumber juice into my bowl then I was invaded by chloroplast! It quickly went into all my cells like a virus, sneaking into my membranes.

With Chloroplast, I can now use the sun's energy to create glucose. It makes life a lot easier because I don't need my owner to feed me anymore/

The one problem was that I needed fresh water to survive too. So I decided to move a house with a pool! This is where I could get all the water and sun I wanted!

In the end is if you are feeling hungry or thirsty, just drink some cucumber juice and move out to New York!
