- Oh no! I put the butter in the microwave for too long. Now its spilt and my measurements are no longer accurate.

- First batch baked! Hold on.. what's that dry layer that has formed on top? I'll have to do some research on how to prevent that. I should let the brownies rest before getting some feedback on how they taste.
