- You are sentenced to seppuku.
- I will be safe with my guards!
- Kira was trained Lord Asano on etiquette for the visit of the imperial family. Kira wanted to get paid, but Asano didn`t want to pay him. Once Asano was tired of Kira, he drew his sword against him.
- No one has attacked me, so I think I am safe.
- Asano is sentenced to Seppuku. Some of his samurais (now ronin) were okay with it, some were mad, but most decide to wait until the time was right to get revenge on Kira.
- We finally got revenge!!!
- Kira knew the samurai (now ronin) were mad at him, so he had sure he will be safe by added guard for protection.
- After a long, long, long wait, Kira started to believe that he was safe from the people who wanted revenge, so he relaxed his guard.
- The ronin finally attacked Kira, on December 14, 1702. After he refuses to commit seppuku, they cut off his head with the same sword Asano used to commit seppuku, and buried it next to Asano`s body.
- They turn themselves in and they committed seppuku. Their bodies were buried together at the Sengakuji.
