I just got a new microscope! can you teach me what to do first?
Sure I can! The first thing you must know is when picking up the microscope, you should hold it by the arm and put your other hand under the base.
It looks kind of complicated how am I supposed to use it?

Ok so there are 3 objective lenses, you would have to use the nose piece so that the lowest power is clicked into position.
Then you can place the microscope slide on the stage and fasten it with the stage clips. Now try looking through the microscope!
I cant see properley!? Why is that happening?
OH!! now I can see! Im also adjustingthe diaphram for the greatest amount of light!
Make sure your eyelashes are not touching the eyepiece.Thats probably the problem.

Oh now I see it, can I change the objective lens now?
Try moving the slide around so that its in the centre.
Yes you can change it with only slight focusing adjustment, also, remember to not make the lens touch the slide! that is very important.

Ok now that were done, raise the tube, click the lower power into position and remove the slide!
