The use of body language and facial expressions express conflict and disapproval.
- Frank: I just wish there was more options, Val...Veniana is to begin having more of a sincere tone towards Steph. Show less aggression and more compassion. Show that you are beginning to understand where she is coming from. Steph is to still remain annoyed, do this through tone and body language. Show aggression towards Veniana and act as though you're still annoyed with her stubbornness.
- Valerie: Pasta, you can have gluten-free pasta.Here, allow Steph and Veniana to see common ground. Show this through the expression of tone. However, allow there to still be some tension and annoyance between the pair. -- On the last line, where Steph says "Deal" allow there to be a pause to show the tension and annoyance that is still present.
