- Slaves, Some ships came to our land and started taking us one by one. I wont ever forget that day.
- This is a field of cotton where the slaves worked at. They were pulled away from there home region and put to work for the rest of their lives. They did nothing to these people but they still got punished for it.

- The slaves had enough of their owners treating them like they did not matter, so they started a rebellion. Some of the slaves ran away because they were to scared to fight.

- Most of the slaves were found in the southern colonies. The states that had the most slaves was the state Georgia, and the state Vrginia.

- The education was different depending what colony you were in. If you where in the New England colony then you got great education. Then every colony down that you go the education get worse.
- There is nothing here that we like. There is only slaves here.
- Whenever the kids where in school, they were taught with very strong feelings about religion. The middle colonies did not like that it was christ centered, so very few of their people went to public school.
- The southern colonies had to hire tutors and teach their own kids, because they were not allowed to go to school. They would have the teacher come to their house and teach them instead of them having to go to a school.
