Just because you can't see it on my face doesn't mean I'm not going through things. Everyone deals with things differently, I'm your therapist. When I come to work I have listen to your feelings I can't lay mines out on the line. I'm being vulnerable with you so that you can understand the road isn't easy. You may not be happy now but things always get a little easier.
Thank you for being open with me. It's nice to know that someone is fighting the same fight that i am.

Chelsa things won't always be easy, I understand how you feel completely. I'm on anti depressant medication and it doesn't make me feel any kind of relief. You aren't alone in this fight.
It's honestly so frustrating. I express myself to people and pour my heart out but nobody seems to understand. Is expressing myself just a waste of time if every adult in my life is going to ignore how I feel and just keep putting me on more medication.

I took my meds and I'm ready to go to work. I hope today will be a better day for me.
You will continue to have more good days, as long as you keep your head up. You wont feel sad forever.
