- Amelie talked to Sebastian, and he told her to come to the abandoned forest after school so he could tell her something. Excited as she was, she didn't notice his friends laughing in the background, and when she got to the forest, that was dark and full of massive trees that disguised all light, she ignored the foreboding feeling in her stomach and sat and waited.
- She waited for hours, and when she finally realized that he wasn't coming, she ran through the forest sobbing, scouring her mind for any reason for why he didn'tlike her. In the process, she got lost and realized that she didn't know the way out of the forest because it felt like all the trees closed in on her like a pack of hounds closing in on their prey. As she continued to run, she felt a presence behind her as a cold chill went down her spine, but when she turned around, there was nothing there.
- While she searched for a way out, she finally saw a pond, and past it she saw a sliver of light, but in order to cross she would have to swim through and her makeupwould get ruined. She struggled for long hours trying to make a decision, and when she noticed that it was starting to get dark, she found a piece of wood and used it as a makeshiftraft to cross the pond, but while doing this, the wood flipped over her, and her make-up ran straight off her face. She dragged herself out of the pond, and once again felt the eerie presence, but when she turned she yet again saw nothing.
- She reached the end of the cave and saw a sliver of light. She ran through it and faced the edge of a cliff where she saw a mirror. She slowly approached it and came to face her new reflection, a reflection of a girl she spent years carefully hiding away behind perfect clothes and layers of makeup.
- When she looked into the mirror, all she could see was all her flaws reflected back at her, after all the hard work she did to disguise them. Seeing this, she began clawing at herself because she was unable to handle it, and she kept clawing until she died. The dark shadow that had been following her just watched her and smiled as it slinked back into the shadows, waiting for its next victim.
- As she continues on through the woods, she felt the presence again, but this time when she turned a dark figure with whirling shadows and a face hidden by a encompassing black cloak stood. She ran and ran until she found a cave and realized that the only way to escape was to run through the dark cave that was filled with dirt and grime and would ruin her clothes. While trying to find another alternative, she realized that her only option of escape was to run through the cave and she ended up destroying all her clothes.
