Once upon a time there was a boy & girl who loved each other very much.
But their parents didn't want them to marry!
You can't marry each other!!
So they decided to run away at night to get married, leaving a ball of string behind so they can come back.
They went through a forest, down a side of a mountain, and over a river to find their new home.
After many years, they felt it was ready to go back home.
OH NO THE STRING BROKE!!!
That's when it happened, the string that was supposed to bring them back home broke! That's how the people-of-the-string came to be
