- In the year 1911 general Diaz quit the presidency and abandoned the country.
- Afterwards, elections were held and Francisco I. Madero was triumphant.
- Madero and the vice president pino suarez were assassinated under orders of general victoriano huerta who usurped the presidency of mexico.
- Venustiano Carranza, Governor of Coahuila drew up the Guadalupe Plan where he claimed false presidency against Victoriano Huerta.
- In february 1913 a group of militaries supported by the ambassador of the United states rebelled against the government in Mexico city.
- That episode was known as la decena tragica because in 10 days the battle was met with the death of millions of people
