- Nurse: Most patients, especially the elderly and young mothers are hesitant to take vaccines. Their main concerns are around the safety and after effects of the vaccine on their health. So far, only 30% of the population in this catchment area have been vaccinated.

- Researcher 1: what do you think can be done to facilitating a mass vaccine uptake?
- Nurse: Implementations of adequate health promotions to educate address human concerns with vaccines might encourage people to be accepting of vaccines
- Nurse: 98% of us have vaccinated, i believe it is because we trust that vaccines are safe and effective
- Researcher 1: Have all the health care workers in this facility been vaccinated?
