Jacob says-People who don't have money can't build their houses. Houses are survival needs that people need.
Jacob says-We can use Shrimp shells-Banana Peels and Rice husk to make the house. It can also be a transportable house.
He says-We can add solar panels for the people to get electricity from the sun.
He says-The old people can get water from the municipalities water tank so that they can survive.
