Well, the first type is Basal Cell Carcinoma. They are light pink bumps, and are not fatal.

The next type is Squamous Cell Carcinoma. They are red splotches and if not treated, can be fatal.

The last type is Melanoma. You can get it as young as 12 years old and it is the deadliest type.
That's scary. What are some of the risk factors for skin cancer?
One risk factor is having a light complexion and blonde or red hair.

Another risk factor is having more than 50 moles or one or more atypical mole.
