She also tells them that they should support and encourage one another to maintain a health-oriented diet because it is easier to make healthy choices when others around you are doing the same.

- Apples are healthy and they taste good!
- After the family gets home, they work together to make a healthy meal that interests them. They decide to start eating healthier as well as eating dinner together every evening.
