The 1973 Constitutional Authoritarianism, it was under the Marcos regime. Ferdinand E. Marcos was elected president in 1965, and in 1967, Philippine Congress passed a resolution calling for a constitutional convention to change the 1935 Constitution.

Lastly, the 1987 Constitution after Martial Law. It was implemented under Cory Aquino's administration, and this Constitution is what our country follows until now. The Constitution begins with a preamble and 18 self-contained articles. It established the Philippines as a "democratic republican State" where "sovereignty resides in the people and all government authority emanates from them".
