  • This is Silvey Chan,she 12 years old and lives with her family on 45 Greys Avenue in Auckland, New Zealand. Her mum known as Ma, her dad known as Ba, her grandpa Ah Yeh, her older brother Dai-Gor, her younger sister Soong, her other younger sister Chuen, and her baby brother Day-Day. Fun fact is that she's from 1942!

  • Since during this time it was world war ll, so they had to use many buildings for war use, this unfortunately includes Silvey's school. Her and her best friend Judy are devastated when they found out, because it meant that they had to move schools meaning leaving their friends and their teacher Miss Rudkin.

  • One day when she was working a boy called Sunny came along. He's around the same age as Silvey and seems very.. different than most of the customers. WELL PLOT TWIST: he's actually in love with her and wants to take her out to the pictures some day!(spoiler alert it never happened)
