- I am interested in purchasing a wooden toy for my daughter’s upcoming birthday

- I always support local businesses wherever possible, so I log on to Google on my laptop one evening when the children are in bed.
- I Googled "handmade wooden toys Perth", and scroll through the options provided.
- I click on the link to a website for the Men's Shed in Cannington as this suburb is close to my home address. The home page shows me some information about the Men's Shed and their toys.
- I see a link to Etsy Store, I click on this and was redirected to the online store.
- I scroll through the toy options and select a (insert type of toy).
- I see that there is a postage and pick up option, and elect to pick it up as it is close to my home address.
- The Etsy store allows me to pay online with my credit card and emails me a receipt for my purchase.
- I return to the Men's Shed homepage and find the information for pick up times as well as the address.
- I decide to collect the toy on the following Monday when the children at at school, select this time on the website and enter my contact details.
- My purchase is completed and I am happy with the ease with which I was able to find the toy I was seeking.
