- Martin Luther was born on November 10th 1483 in Eisleben in Germany. His parents are Hans Luther & Margarethe Luther.

- Martin Luther became a doctor of Theology in Wittenberg in 1512.Began to publish his writings on religion.
- Luthers death
- Luther wrote 95 Theses (arguments) in 1517 to explain why indulgences are wrong. He posted the 95 theses on the door of the Sclosskirche (Castle church) in Wittenberg.
- Pope Leo X issued the papal bull which excommunicates Luther from the Catholic Church.Luther burned the papal bull in public.Luther was to be at the Diet of Worms to renounce his views in response to the papal bull.Though,he refused. 1521
- Martin Luther unfortunately died following a stroke on February 18th, 1546. He suffered from alot of medical conditions/illnesses. Luthers last words were "We are beggars, this is true."
