Meet Jerry, Jerry lives in Detroit with his wife and son.
Jerry has been on the lookout for a new car. There's been a few spots on TV that have caught his eye.
Jerry sees a Buick commercial and it brings back childhood memories of working on his dads car.
Jerry calls up the local dealership and has to wait on hold. Jerry's impatient and he hangs up.
Jerry runs over to his desk and pulls up YouTube and tries to click on the button on the ad and it doesn't work! Jerry is mad.

Jerry goes on Facebook and clicks on a Buick Ad reminding him he is ELIGIBLE for a GM Employee Discount because of his dad working at GM all those years back.
When Jerry clicks on the FB Ad it takes him to a landing page that further incentivizes him to get an additional $300 off a car if he gives them his contact information.
Jerry's contact information goes directly into the dealership CRM & sends an immediate text message to the sales department where he schedules an appointment to buy his NEW car!
Jerry's a happy guy. He's got a new Buick.
