- The climax of the story is when Robbie and Max find the island, the island because then they find a flare gun. once they found the island they had a better chance of survival
- The results of them finding the island they had a better chance of surviving because of the flare gun. Robbie shoots the flare gun but nobody comes.
- the story ends with Robbie barely surviving and saved from a ship and no one knows what happened Max but Robbie woke up with Max chain in her hand so the end of the story give suspence on what happened to them
