Step 3: Expand your perspective by adding possibilities; What might be the reason behind their action? Maybe a car cut lanes in front of you in a rude way, but what if it was an emergency? Maybe your friend hates a specific holiday, but what if someone dear to them died during that season? Or maybe they follow a specific religion? Maybe someone spilled their drink on your brand new hoodie while being in a hurry, but what if they received bad news and they’re stressed about it? What if that person was on their way to see a loved one that might’ve had an accident? Or maybe they were having a panic attack?

Thank you for listening, I hope you learned something useful.
Step 4: Stay calm and smart; Acknowledge that you’re not a main character or something to feel offended or targeted when something happens to you. There are many others around, with their own lives, thoughts and situations. They also have bad days, they also feel inferior, they also have their “things” that can be annoying for others or themselves. Realize that not everything is bad luck or that “it had to be you” There’s always a reason for everything, coincidence is just a pretty way to distract you from reality’s purpose.
