- Hi everyone! My name is Yuki, and I’m from Japan and I'm a second-semester SUMA student .I’m passionate about sustainable development, clean energy, and decarbonization, and I’m excited to dive deeper into the financial side of the energy transition.

- I studied at Sophia University in Tokyo, and after graduated from Sophia University, I worked as an energy consultant for 3 years. During my time working as a consultant, I got interested in sustainability.
- When I first started my job as energy consultant, most of my projects were focused on fossil fuel investment and divestment. However, around 2021, the focus started shifting toward energy transition and sustainability. That’s when I became more interested in sustainability, which eventually led me to apply to the SUMA program!
- Liuku: 3
- I joined SUMA in September 2024 and have been exploring sustainability from different perspectives. I’m particularly interested in sustainable development and project financing, and I’m excited to learn more about the financial side of sustainability in this class!
