- Hi I'm Ozzie the polar bear and have to talk to you about melting glacier and how they can affect humans and animals.
- Melting glaciers are basically big big big blocks of ice but they do WAY more than just that. I’m a polar bear so of course i love them but many other animals like them too. Glaciers have a lot to do with climate because it can make the air cool.
- WHY IS THERE A POLAR BEAR IN THE MIDDLE OF TOWN??
- Glaciers melt mostly because of human activity because humans use a lot of fossil fuel usage, different kinds of gases ETC. The more humans use those things the earth will slowly start to die and the air will be polluted A LOT.
- Glacier melting has a HUGE impact on the environment. As I said fossil fuel usage and stuff like that can change the climate, and that is how many glaciers can melt. If they melt it can cause higher sea levels, animals dying, and climate change. I love glaciers and without them I could starve to death.
- To prevent glaciers from melting, people could use less fossil fuels and all that and to be aware of what can cause glaciers to melt and maybe change what they use and do the prevent it from happening.
