- Hey Tina, I have a problem about this new policy that says we have to be in the office of a minimum of 4 days.
- Look Marcus, I cannot do anything about it. This policy is in place to increase productivity!

- Why is this such a big deal for you?
- Because the office is very distracting and being here more often affects my child care needs!
- Liuku: 3
- I feel like this is all about micromanaging me!
- Absolutely not! Upper management wants teamwork and I need everybody to collaborate and I need proof that we are being productive!

- Okay, so if you need collaboration and fairness, I need quiet focus time and schedule flexibility
- So what do you suggest in order to solve this problem?

- Alright, how about the whole team does Monday/Thursday for in-office meeting and Tuesday/Friday at home working for quiet and focused work environment?
- Are you able to work 7AM to 3PM? That way, it will also help you with childcare.
- Liuku: 6
- That's perfect! It will give the upper management the teamwork they want while keeping it fair for everybody in order to keep your focus!
