  • Beowulf sets out to fight Grendel and voyages across the sea, in order to travel to Hrothgar's Kingdom. He is determined to travel to the Land of Danes to help Hrothgar defeat the vicious monster that's Grendel. He chooses 14 brave warriors and departs.
  • Indeed, we shall succeed!
  • Nothing can stop us. We are brave warriors who will fight to protect the people!
  • Wulfgar (one of Hrothgar's soldiers) goes to the door and addresses Beowulf after he confirms that Hrothgar knows of Beowulf and is ready to meet him. Hrothgar later meets with Beowulf, welcoming, and mentions his father's connection to him.
  • Wulfgar
  • My Lord commands me to tell you he sees you have come bravely and are welcome. Now go to him, as you are.
  • Thank you.
  • After a great feast in Beowulf's honor, Grendel comes, hoping to kill. He planned to tear the life from each and every one of the warriors' bodies. However, Beowulf fought Grendel and proved himself to be stronger, as he tears Grendel's arm off to destroy him. The arm is later hung in honor, like a trophy/accomplishment.
  • Alas, the battle was not over yet. Grendel's mother goes to Herot in order to avenge her son's death. To avenge the death she caused, Beowulf dives into the water bravely to her underwater lair and fights Grendel's mother. She's prepared to stab him, but Beowulf uses a sword hammered by giants and stabs her in the neck. After, he decapitates Grendel's corpse, and takes the head with him to show what he did.
  • After ruling for 50 years, a thief disturbs a dragon in order to obtain his treasures. The dragon starts to terrorize the Geats until Beowulf steps in and decides to go to fight the dragon. The fiery beast of a dragon melts Beowulf's shield, cracks his sword, and wounds his neck. However, Wiglaf, a good soldier (Wexstan's son) comes to join Beowulf, and the two of them finally succeed in killing the beast.
  • Our glorious king! By almighty God, I'd rather burn myself than see Flames swirling around my Lord. We swore these swords and armor were for each of us all!
  • Unfortunately, the wound that the dragon gave to Beowulf's neck was deathly, and so Beowulf died, giving his last words to the loyal Wiglaf, whom he trusted would take care of the people. Wiglaf was shocked and didn't move, till he angrily told the men what those who left with no courage, who left Beowulf, should hear. A monument was created to honor Beowulf, and he was buried with the treasures as his stories were narrated throughout the tour. The End.
  • I say what anyone who speaks the truth math say - too few of his warriors remembered to come when our lord faced death alone.
  • You're the last of all our far-flung family. Fate has swept our race away, taken warriors in their strength and led them to the death that was waiting. And now I follow them.
