I can increase the amount of iron rich food in my idet and have supplements with less dise to balance it all!
Anyway, suppements are way more expensive than nutrious food.
Although they are expensive but they work way better then just eating healthier food and because you are pregnant we can nnot afoord more loss of blood as it may affect the weight of the child or lead to premature delievery.
