- Hello, sir. If you choose to opt-in, you will be giving explicit consent to share your information across our network of facilities. This will help interoperability and provide seamless care as you transition from one location to another. Your data will be encrypted with high-level security and TLS protocols, and only the minimum necessary information will be shared. If your information is used for any research, it will be de-identified to maintain your confidentiality.
- Let me assure you that our systems are completely compliant with HIPAA regulations. We meet all the requirements for physical, administrative, and technical safeguards. All authroized users will be authenticated, and your infromation will be further tracked using AuditEvent audit trails. Our systems are also periodically validated to assure your data is completely protected. Confidentialiy, integrity, availability, accountability, assurance, and administration are requirements that we take seriously for data protection.
