- Johnny and Ponyboy run into the church to save the little kids that are trapped inside. They do this because they feel like they were the ones that caused the fire. They run in, and the church was as cloudy as the sky.
- Johnny, Ponyboy and Dally got burned up badly. They were rushed to the hospital. The doctor doesn't know if Johnny is going to make it.
- Pony boy is sitting there with is cowlick hair as he is finally reunited with his brothers, and the rest of the gang. Pony then realizes that Darry does care about him, even though he doesn't show it.
