- Hmm... Now I'm wondering whether I should join a primary or a secondary market?
- Just to inform you primary markets are where new securities are issues and sold for the first time and secondary markets are where previously issued securities are bought and sold among investors.
- Well thank you for that, but what would you prefer if you were in my position?
- If I were you, I would join into the primary markets because personally I like buying shares during an IPO and the process of selling my shares to the public for the first time is exciting.
- But keep in mind that it can offer high potential returns, but it also comes with higher risks since the company is untested in the public market.

- Now its got me thinking. Why did the stock go to therapy after the IPO?
- Because it had too many issues!!! Sorry I just had to say that.
- Besides all of that, I have realized that I am invested in primary markets and want to know more about what makes it successful for others.
- Now its time to go home and relax before my mind explodes from all of the information I took in from today.
