- This week was somewhat challenging personally because I had to travel a lot and there was little time to finish all the activities on time. I also needed to attend a 3-day equally important course which I could not miss. All these aside it was an exciting week
- The key learning from this week included principles of multi-media learning design and theories of multi-media learning and visual design. Practically, I have been able to design an interactive presentation and interactive games using Microsoft PowerPoint. There is so much in PowerPoint than what I can use it for. It was fun, exciting and challenging at times but overall, it was worth it.
- I plan to use these learnings as follows:Design an e-learning course on coaching targeting our Management layer from Front Line Managers and above. The content will be drawn from various in-house content and also material available globally. The e-content will be hostedion the company's intranet site with access to the sites made available to managers. I will use the animated videos, Voice overs and games to facilitateinteraction between leaners and the content.
