This is my table where I enjoy tasty dishes with my friends. Sharing and enjoying exquisite food is a very important part of my Mughal culture.
This is our first meal together in our new country.
Bleh! What kind of food is this? It tastes awful.
There is no flavour in this food. Where is the fresh fruit, meat, spices?!
I must bring in my cooks to bring some Mughal flavour to this stale situation.

Biryani is a delectable mixture of rice, spice, herbs and meat
The Spices come from all over the world, and have influenced the way we Mughals cook.
These different spices like cumin, coriander, cloves, and turmeric have really added a whole new dimension to my diet.
And Biryani is so adaptable that its suitable for people of any region, religion or caste!
I'm glad I was able to broaden the scope of Indian cuisine through Biryani!
