- Cinder is a 16 year old cyborg living in the futuristic city of New Beijing with her stepsisters and her horrible stepmother. An outbreak of a deadly disease spreads quickly through the marketplace and everything begins to unravel. Cinder’s world is about to change forever as she tries to save her stepsister’s life and, ultimately, the whole planet.
