I swear he was a good husband, a good father. I can't believe this happened. He was always so gentle, nothing at all was bad in him.
He was such a good singer. He never took things hard, he was never grouchy, and he never whined. He was nothing but good to me. I will never experience a joy like that again.
It always happened at night. He would go out hunting and come back with nothing. I never wanted to nag him because I always thought that he was so good and responsible.
Our pup became afraid of her own father. I tried to scold her, but honestly, I would be lying if I said that I wasn't worried about him. He always kept away from his own family.
I went out of the den and I saw my husband. He was slowly transforming into this weird, fleshy figure. All of his hair fell off of his body. Everything about him physically changed.
He ran off, and since love still bounded the anger and fear inside of me, I was the last one to reach him. When I got to him, he was on the ground with my sister's teeth in his throat. He was dead. I thought that the curse will be gone since he is dead. I thought my husband will come back. But, no, the white body lied there, bloody and lifeless. We turned off and ran away into the darkness.
