Theres has to be a way we can atleast fight back we have rights
After we’ve worked so many years at the mine this is how easy they get rid of us, we haveour rights
So our follow employees just got dismissed simply like that. Should we be worried who’s next now
the workers being this furious might result in strike which is the least we need is just going to pause productivity for the mine
they think we don’t know our rights we cant get fired this simple
the workers are not letting the situation pass without at least to have tried fighting back
-we have families to feed where do they expect us to look for another work from.Is best we take this matter serious to court
The matter of workers got dismissed has now started a lot of grief amongst other workers. They are not happy with how their follow employees got treated
it is said and proven you have deliberately planned to show up late at work

if we conduct a strike it wont end up well for us since itt wont even be a legal strike
How is it possible for an employee to get dismissed without being given warnings. Simply because we cant afford expensive lawyers to represent us at court
The workers dismissed plan on taking the management to court claiming unfair dismissal
The workers dismissed were found quality at court
The matter of employee being dismissed is now bringing more curiosity at the Marikana mine
