סקירה כללית על הפעילות
בדרך כלל סטודנטים לא זוכים לשבחים חיוביים על כל החלטה טובה שהם מקבלים. כאשר הם לוקחים צעד אחורה ומשקפים על החלטותיהם הטובות, זה יחזק אותם להמשיך בהתנהגויותיהם. בנוסף, השתתפות בתלמידים בכיתה תאפשר לאחרים לבדוק מה בני גילם עושים בכל יום. המטרה היא לתמוך בסביבת קבלת החלטות חיובית.
בפעילות זו התלמידים ירכיבו לוח חמש תאים הכולל החלטות חיוביות . על שני התאים הראשונים לתאר דברים שעשו יום קודם. התא האמצעי צריך להראות מה הם יעשו או עשו היום. לבסוף, שני התאים האחרונים צריכים להראות מה עליהם להחליט מחר. זה יעזור להם לצייר תמונה חיובית של עצמם ולחקות את הגדרת היעדים לעתיד.

- לחץ על "התחל הקצאה".
- רשמו בשתי תיבות הכותר הראשונות את מה שהחלטתם לעשות באופן חיובי אתמול החל מ"אתמול אני ... ".
- רשמו בתיבת הכותרת השלישית את מה שתחליטו או החלטתם לעשות בחיוב היום החל מ- “היום אני…”.
- רשמו בשתי תיבות הכותרת האחרונות את מה שתחליטו לעשות באופן חיובי מחר החל מ"מחר אני ... ".
- צרו דוגמה חזותית לכל החלטה חיובית בעזרת שילוב של סצינות, דמויות ופריטים מתאימים.
- שמור והגיש את המשימה.
