- The first step is to stop tanning in the sun or under rays there are alternatives like a tanning cream. Another thing is to make sure to wear sunscreen EVERYTIME you go outside no matter what! Spf 30+
- Second is check for moles. A sign of skin cancer is atypical moles especially if you have new ones popping up that weren't there before
