Why do I have to go to this class? I already know what to do and I really don't feel like going in there.
Sometimes I don't feel like going to certain classes at school. It is important to go to every class, so I don't miss instruction and time with my friends and teachers. Right now, my goal is to go to all of my classes for at least 15 minutes each.

I prefer to work at my own pace, so I often finish my work quickly.Other times, I might feel frustrated because I'm overwhelmed and feel stuck.When this happens, I can ask for help, take a short walk, or find something quiet to do at my desk like draw or read.
