- The French and Indian War began over an issue of whether the upper Ohio River valley was a part of the British Empire. In spite of the wars moniker , not all of the Native Americans sided with the French. This war debt was the reason that Parliament started imposing different things like taxes on the colonists in the very first place.

- The Boston Massacre Occurred in March 5 , 1770 , because it had to with taxation without representation. The British soldiers shot down several colonists provoking the start of the American Revolution. The Boston Massacre caused a rise in the American Revolution because of a random outburst by the British troops.
- Battles Of Saratoga Sep 19 , 1777 - Oct 17 , 1777
- The Boston Tea Party was caused due to the colonists not needing taxed tea.The Sons of liberty dressed up as different Mohawk Indians and dumped all the tea of thee ships when they had brought new supply to the colonists. American colonists , frustrated and angry at Britain for imposing taxation without representation and dumped 342 chest of tea and imported.

They wanted to hold these truths to be self-evident , that all men were equal and gave them the rights of life , liberty , and even the pursuit of happiness.#160;
- The Battle Of Saratoga was moved from the south to Canada in the summer 1777, a British force under Gen. It included two crucial battles , fought eighteen days apart. and was a decisive victory for the Continental Army, and a crucial turning point in the Revolutionary.
- The French had secretly furnished finical and material aid to the Americans since 1776, but with signing in Paris of the Treaty of Amity and Commerce and the Treaty of Alliance. France began preparing things like fleets and armies to enter the fight but did not formally declare a war on Britain until around June 1778.
