It is very important to know that when you take public transportation you should try to avoid contact with surfaces, because everyone will eventually touch surfaces that can't avoid touching. You may never know if someone in the bus may have been in contact with the coronavirus.
We recommend everyone who takes public transportation such as, bus, train, to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces. If they can. This might be small but it sure can be a start to stop the virus.
Many of us are in quarantine for weeks. Which means that we have to go to the supermarket to buy food. However, if you don't want to leave your home you can do a takeout for delivery. It is safer to do that since it involves less direct contact.

We can make a change in flattening the curve, if you decide to go outside make sure when you come back remove your shoes slowly and place it in a bag or something. This way you can prevent the virus or other bacteria to come in contact with you.
