After learning Collinsworth was corrupt he ran away, only to find out that Collinsworth's right hand man Carson, captured Charlie, causing Andrew to fight back against them.
After adopting Charlie and losing his job, Andrew is at a financial low and opens a gift from his mom who passed away. He is surprised to find a mysterious serum to make him a Hero.
After taking down Collinsworth and outing him as corrupt, Andrew becomes Governor of Coulson City along with its protector, Defensor.
After receiving his power, Andrew tests it out on some street thugs, where he got arrested. However, he was confronted by Governor Collinsworth who offers Andrew to free him in exchange for Andrew becoming Defensor, the protector of Coulson City.
