- Romeo meets Juliet at the Capulets' party and is mesmerized by how beautiful Juliet is. They both end up falling in love with each other.
- Even though Romeo finds out that Juliet is a Capulet and an "enemy" of his family, he still decides to continue loving her. Soon after, he proposes and Juliet agrees.
- Romeo and Juliet decide to get married with the help of Friar Laurence.
- Tybalt who was Juliet's cousin kills Romeo's best friend Mercutio. Romeo is devastated and wants revenge but he thought about all the consequences that he would have to face. That would make the love of his life upset too and so he just took a deep breath.
- Romeo decides to tell Juliet everything and Juliet comforts Romeo and tells him he still has her. Romeo feels a lot better after telling someone he loves and cares about. He is glad he didn't lose his temper.
- Juliet's parents finally understand that Romeo truly loves and cares about Juliet and decides to just let it go. Now Romeo and Juliet can be happy together.
