- In this scene, Tom Cope has been located and surrounded. Caroline Landau and some agents drilled a microscopic whole into Copes wall so they could place a cone to an electronic imaging system. All this was done so they could see inside his labratory
- “We’re a fly on his wall.”
- - in this scene, Cope takes the bioreactive bomb into the restroom and leaves it on the floor- Tom cope began washing his face when he noticed he was experiencing cobra virus symptoms but brushed it off thinking he was imanging it and being paranoid
- “Why am I so afraid? His eyes had a strange color. Was that a golden ring around the pupils?” “There is nothing wrong with my mind, nothing. If i was infected with brainpox, my mind would feel different. I am a normal paranoid shizophrenic, he said to himself.”
- In this scene, Cope did not put on his protective suit when entering his lab. This was the first time they saw him clearly. He picked up a heavy glass beaker and hurled it. The pink contents poured out and flooded across the floor. The air was filled with the Cobra virus and Claude and her team acted quickly by exploding his wall
- “It’s gone hot!”
- In this scene, after smashing the bioreacter and setting off the bomb, he escaped through the dumb waiter. He was hesitant to use this escape because he was worried agents would be waiting for him in the basement, but now he had no choice
- Talk!!

- - tom cope is captured and investigated, but he’s not cooperating- 4 hours later he dies in the medical management unit at Governors island from his own virus
- In the end, 14 people from New York contracted the Cobra Virus. The 14 cases were scattered across the Lower East side and into Williamsburg in Brooklyn. This virus outbreak created an epidemiological nightmare for the CDC. All active cases were transported to Governor's Island for treatment
