In the year 2053, Leonard Mead likes to go for long walks during the night every day. The streets are always silent and there is no one else outside but him. All the houses that he walks by are dark and dead.

Leonard Mead must be as quiet as possible when he walks so no ones him walking as dog barks and people are scared to hear someone walk outside. Leonard starts his walk one evening in a westerly direction.

Hello, In there, Whats up on tonight on Channel 4, Channel 7, Channel 9?
On his walk, Leonard whispers to the houses and pretends to talk to them, he notices poorly maintainedsidewalks, cement vanishing under cement and grass. There is no one in sigh, no cars or people.

A police card stopped Leonard from walking, He was asked why he is outside. Leonard answered that he is just walking and getting some air but the police did not believe him.

The police car sent Leonard to the physiatric center for Research on Regressive Tendencies. They passed Leonards house which is the only brightly lit house in the whole dark city which he wont return to.

The police car told Leonard to get inside the car. He protested but eventually went inside. He noticed that the car is automated as there is no one inside the car
